Monzlapur LLC is looking for Fashion Design intern and Video Intern - OPEN CALL
Monzlapur is a unisex label that creates elevated, urban ready-to-wear and limited-edition attire. Our aesthetic plays with boundaries that define gender, ethnicity and creates fluid and timeless perspectives.
Fashion:
Attending school or just completed their degree in Fashion or related field.
To have good knowledge pattern drafting, cutting, and sewing.
Able to use the Adobe Suite including Photoshop, illustrator.
Video: Attending school or just completed their degree in related field. To have knowledge of social media platforms IG and TikTok. Able to use video editing software or apps.
Fashion: To help with our collection creation process including cutting fabric samples, help edit and rework existing patterns, drawing flats on illustrator, assisting in fabric sourcing and running errands, and shopping for trims. To help with photoshoots, pop up events, and private client appointments.
This position will be a hybrid of remote and in studio sessions.
Video: To record content with camera and phone including documenting our creation process and to create exciting content. To assist in photoshoots.
To forecast latest trends as well as researching and come up with original and creative content ideas for Instagram and Tiktok and edit weekly content to post.
Photoshop photo editing skills. This position will be hybrid including one day of working in our Brooklyn based studio and one day a week of working remotely.
This internship is unpaid.
