The Gucci Press Office is looking for interns for Summer 2010. Main responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

We would like candidates to commit at least 4 full days a week, from the end of May until the end of August. Responsibilities:
We are looking for summer sales interns for our East Hampton and Southampton locations. Seasonal positions can develop into full time positions.

The sales intern is a valuable member of the Jennifer Miller team. This person will contribute to the team in the in the following capacities:

-Consistently meeting or exceeding the financial, operational, and visual expectations of Jennifer Miller.
-Achieving an environment for our clients that is reflective of the Jennifer Miller aesthetic and company values.
-Developing a comprehensive level of product knowledge and successfully translating this information to our clients.
-Generating sales through effective client building and contributing to the growth of the Jennifer Miller client base.

Requirements:
The ideal candidate would be available from Mid May through Labor Day weekend and be available to work five day work weeks throughout the summer months (including weekends). He or she should have prior retail experience at the luxury brand level. This person should be a strong multi-tasker, highly organized, incredibly bright, and have strong customer service skills. He or she should have an outgoing and upbeat personality and an interest in fashion and jewelry.
