bluPRint, a boutique public relations firm, is seeking fashion and beauty interns to join our team. At BluPRint, we specialize in media relations, special events, celebrity outreach and dressing, as well as other special projects in the fashion, beauty and lifestyle industry.

An internship at BluPRint will consist of an intimate working environment, with an opportunity to learn about all aspects of the public relations world by working with a variety of different clients. It will provide familiarity with the public relations field and enables students to develop marketable skills in a real life professional environment.

Interns assist our publicists with day-to-day duties including working with stylists on pulls and returns, maintaining showroom appearance, acting as a front office liaison with guests, assisting with mailings and the organization and preparation of special events. Interns will also help compile media lists, conduct project research, provide copy for press releases, compile press clippings and participate in creative sessions.

Candidates should possess a strong interest in public relations and a desire to pursue a career in fashion, beauty or entertainment. Excellent written communication and research skills are a must; computer experience in MAC software; good organizational skills and attention to details and deadlines. Enthusiastic and eager to learn; professional, ability to multi-task, flexible, courteous telephone manner, accuracy and thoroughness are especially important.

The internship is non-paying and candidates should be available to work at least 2-3 full days (10am-6pm) a week. Strong attendance is key and any days missed will need to be made up.
